This side table has a slightly raised border framing a reverse diamond match top, itself floating over legs gently tapering to the abstract profile of a bird, recalls the thoughtful high touch modern work of the period. This table is a much lighter - and more artistic - alternative to most side tables. The round form floats beautifully, the top becomes functional art in spirit and in use.
